Overview

On this Technical Support Skills Bootcamp, undertake a vendor-holistic approach that allows them to build up from an advanced user to understanding common concepts of computing hardware, networks and modern workplace deployment of cloud such as Microsoft Azure. It will enable delegates to understand not only vendor specific terminology but also to support conventional through to modern businesses of small to large scale deployment of IT devices, services and solutions.

Businesses benefit as delegates come equipped with knowledge and understanding of various platforms and device types – understanding the concepts of conventional workplaces and supporting cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Azure.

This pathway is aimed at Level 3 delegates and is 12 weeks.

Firebrand deliver the programme through Online Instructor-Led learning, based on our Lecture | Lab | Review methodology. You will be supplemented with support from our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and get full access to an e-learning platform.

Firebrand take sole delivery of the Technical Support Skills Bootcamp provision and will provide the operational infrastructure to recruit learners, deliver training, provide additional support to learners and to access a guaranteed interview with employers who are regularly hiring people with these skills.
