1. Assess your workforce
Does everything that needs doing actually get done? If not, it may be due to skills gaps. Some of your employees may need additional training, or you may need to hire people with entirely different skillsets. Make a list.
2. Look at your DAS account
What opportunities are there for funding? You may be surprised. This will determine how many apprentices you can hire and what your ideal timeline looks like.
