New Digital Apprenticeship standards at Firebrand

During National Apprenticeship Week 2024, we're excited to introduce two new Digital Apprenticeship standards, Application Support Lead and Digital Product Manager!

Both standards are Level 4. Let's find out more about them.

Application Support Lead Apprenticeship

As an employer, you can use the Firebrand Applications Support Lead Apprenticeship to train junior Digital Support Technicians for higher roles.

This Apprenticeship programme teaches junior staff to maintain and advance your company's tech stack, creating a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.

These certifications set the industry standard for the profession; they attest that your apprentices have acquired the knowledge and skills they need to perform their roles competently.

Digital Product Manager Apprenticeship

Similarly, you can use the new Firebrand Digital Product Manager Apprenticeship standard to train your Digital Product Team in-house.

This programme focuses on the product lifecycle for new digital products; it's an industry-leading mix of technical, procedural, and physical skills. Apprentices are immersed in the product lifecycle, Data Visualisation techniques, and the industry-recognised Six Sigma methodology.

During the programme, apprentices also have the chance to earn recognised IT certifications such as the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Digital Product Management and the Lean Six Sigma IASSC® Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt™ ICYB™.
