Firebrand rated Ofsted Good Provider!

Exciting news at Firebrand!
Fresh on the back of posting the top Apprenticeship achievement rates in the Digital sector (again!) and being clear of the rest, we have received our latest Ofsted report—officially Good overall and very close to Outstanding!
We have been rated Good for:
- The quality of education
- Leadership and management
- Adult learning programmes
- Apprenticeships
- Overall effectiveness at our previous inspection
We have been rated Outstanding for:
- Behaviour and attitudes
- Personal development
At the time of the Ofsted inspection, 858 apprentices were enrolled in Firebrand Digital Apprenticeship programmes, with the highest numbers studying Level 4 Data Analyst, Level 4 Software Developer, Level 3 Information Communications Technician, and Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist.
The Ofsted report states that Firebrand learners "value the exceptional opportunities leaders provide them while studying at Firebrand," including "additional specialist qualifications [that] enhance their career prospects. [Firebrand] apprentices are highly motivated and have high [attendance rates.]"
"[Firebrand] leaders, managers and staff are passionate about the digital sector. They have high expectations for what learners and apprentices can achieve in their training and careers in the digital sector, with leaders designing highly ambitious courses that are carefully adapted to meet employer needs. As a result, leaders offer apprentices additional content that is above and beyond that of the apprenticeship standard."
