Pathway CTM

Firebrand and Pathway CTM partner to provide the UK with digital skills talent

We're delighted to announce our partnership with Pathway CTM to support employers across the UK with their digital recruitment!

As employers use their Apprenticeship Levy funds to increase the number of apprentices in their business, it has become more important than ever to find the right recruits first time; young people ready to take advantage of a high-quality mix of training and work experience, preparing them for long-term career success.

Injecting diverse digital talent into the workforce

At Firebrand, we have been working successfully with Pathway CTM to encourage Apprenticeship applications from passionate and diverse candidates, holding well-attended events for Apprenticeship Levy-paying companies like Fidelity International.

Craig Thompson, Early Year Talent Acquisition Manager at Fidelity International says, “Thank you to everyone involved with the two-day Fidelity Sixth Form Programme held at both our Cannon Street and Kingswood offices. The event was geared towards high-performing sixth-formers who are interested in Apprenticeships.

“We were all blown away by the quality, professionalism and insight shown by these talented individuals. It was a pleasure hosting you all.”

The new partnership, which will provide employers looking for IT apprentices with bespoke recruitment capability as well as our award-winning customisable training, is the first of its kind.

“Other Apprenticeship providers do support recruitment, but that’s not their field of expertise,” says Stefano Capaldo, Firebrand Group Managing Director. “We’re known for specialising in one sector and doing it really well, so it made sense to partner with a company able to offer the same in-depth expertise in their own field!”

Bridging the IT skills gap with diverse talent

The partnership will benefit employers by creating a one-stop shop for IT apprentice recruitment, allowing them to brief Pathway CTM on their specific needs and receive a shortlist of suitable candidates who have been prepared for their interviews.

Firebrand will provide in-depth information on Apprenticeship requirements and what to expect during the programme so apprentices begin their new roles fully informed and committed to their qualifications.
