Digital Support Technician
Digital Support Technician Apprenticeships help learners maximise the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software, and digital communications, including collaborative technologies and digital information systems. As part of the Firebrand Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship standard, learners have the opportunity to gain industry-recognised certifications such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ and CompTIA Cloud Essentials+.
Information Communication Technician (ICT)
Firebrand's sector-leading Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship trains apprentices to implement and maintain IT systems for their business. As part of the Firebrand ICT standard, learners have the opportunity to gain industry-recognised certifications such as the BCS Level 4 Award in Business Processes, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Cloud Essentials+.
IT Technical Salesperson
The Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship helps learners develop the skills and knowledge they need to sell technical products and services, maintain good relationships with existing clients, and gain repeat business from them. At Firebrand, learners have the opportunity to gain industry-recognised certifications such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ and CIW Internet Business Associate.
Software Tester
The Firebrand Software Tester Apprenticeship teaches learners the various types, techniques, and tools used to ensure that software is fit for purpose and meets functional, security, performance, and usability requirements. As part of this programme, learners have the chance to earn industry-recognised certifications such as the BCS Level 4 Diploma in Software Development Methodologies, CertNexus Cyber Secure Coder, the ISTQB Foundation Certificate, and the ISTQB Agile Tester Foundation Level Extension.
