What you'll learn

The Firebrand Cyber Prevent course was developed with law enforcement to meet the needs of new and existing practitioners and supervisors who perform the role of Cyber Prevent/Cyber Choices Officers either locally, regionally, or nationally.

Completing this course will give delegates the knowledge and skills to increase referrals, engage effectively with and manage young people at risk of offending and an understanding of common tools, as well as techniques and procedures used by young people as they become involved in cybercrime.

Prerequisites

Delegates should have completed a series of College of Policing packages prior to attendance and be actively involved in a law enforcement, MoD, or HMG agency cyber-related unit or an investigation team.

This course does not have an exam. Instead, at the end of your accelerated course, you'll sit the following assessment:

Yes, we do provide courses suitable for beginners. However, Firebrand's accelerated courses aren't easy and it's essential that you are interested and actively pursuing a career in IT.
