On this accelerated 4 day Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Sales course, you’ll learn to utilise the full capabilities of the Sales CRM solution within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.
You’ll learn the skills to track, manage and analyse each step in the sales cycle, and how to relate this analysis and its outcomes to your business and sales scenarios. You’ll also learn how to track sales from potential to close, using Dynamics CRM 2016 and its record types. You’ll sit exam MB2-713: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Sales at the Firebrand training centre part of the course, covered by your Certification Guarantee.
Passing exam MB2-714 previously resulted in achieving the Microsoft Specialist: Dynamics CRM 2016 Sales certification.
Microsoft retired the Specialist credential as of 31 March, 2017. The exams remain available and where applicable will count towards the relevant existing MCSA, MCSE or MCSD certification.
This course is best suited to sales managers, customer service managers, sales administrators and office managers or executives with a strong background in their particular business’s sales processes.
