On this accelerated Microsoft Certified: Customer Data Platform Specialty course, you’ll build skills and knowledge in privacy, compliance, consent, security, responsible AI, and data retention policy, and learn how to implement the above practices into your business.

In just 2 days, you’ll gain experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Query, Microsoft Dataverse, Common Data Model, Microsoft Power Platform and one or more additional Dynamics 365 apps.

At the end of this course, you’ll sit Exam MB-260: Microsoft Customer Data Platform Specialist (currently in beta) and achieve your certification.
