In just 2 days, you'll learn to identify and apply popular Agile techniques in a project situation, including MoSCoW prioritisation, iterative development and timeboxing. You'll also build knowledge on:

The mechanisms for governance and control of an Agile project
How to test, estimate and measure progress in an Agile project

Successful candidates will be entitled to a free Professional Assessment at Business Agility Professional Level 1 ‚Äì Explorer.

At the end of this accelerated course, you'll sit the APMG Agile Project Management Practitioner exam, and achieve your certification. Prerequisites

For the AgilePM® V3 Practitioner level, candidates must have passed the Foundation exam.

This ensures a solid understanding of AgilePM® principles before moving on to more advanced concepts and practical applications.

At the end of this accelerated course, you'll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training Centre, covered by your Certification Guarantee:

APMG Agile Project Management Practitioner exam

The AgilePM® V3 certification exam track is structured to ensure a comprehensive understanding and practical application of AgilePM® principles.

Here's an outline of the exam track:

Format: Scenario-based questions
Duration: 2.5 hours
Number of Questions: 4 complex questions, each with multiple parts
Pass Mark: 50% (40 out of 80)
Focus: Applying AgilePM® principles in real-world scenarios, advanced lifecycle configuration, leadership, Scrum integration, multi-team management, and risk management.

Please note that you cannot take the Practitioner Exam if you fail the Foundation Exam.

The validity period for all APMG exams will be limited to 12 months from the booking date.

Requests to reschedule within this period will be accepted in the usual way, but extensions beyond this period will not be possible.
