Salesperson
In-house salesperson at the Nordic countries’ fastest growing training company.
For our Nordic headquarters in Copenhagen, we are looking for both Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian-speaking in-house salespersons. We offer an excellent career opportunity to a person who is interested in working in an international environment, who can successfully use the telephone to sell the best training programs in the business to both companies and private customers and receive proper compensation for achieving goals.
Nordic operations are a smaller, but highly dynamic and ambitious part of the company, where you will form an important part of the company’s development, with all the opportunities this will create for you for career development and influence on how the business works. You will work in an international environment surrounded by people from other countries.
You will work with outbound sales on the telephone with sales leads that we have obtained through our marketing activities and the proactive working-up of potential customers. You will be responsible for updating your forecasts and verifying the correct information in our internal CRM system, keeping updated on new products and, as part of the team, contribute with new ideas and sales techniques.
You need to be a motivated, independent, goal-oriented person with a high level of energy, a strong team player with good verbal communication skills and a focus on details in reporting.

Instructor
As a successful provider of accelerated course and certification programs, Firebrand Training recognizes that our instructors need to be far more than just skilled technologists. We look for the ability to translate complex technical theories into understandable concepts and applied knowledge.
In addition to teaching our technical programs, we expect our instructors to consult for a wide variety of businesses, helping them to acquire more extensive real-world experience. This is reflected in the courses they teach and the programs they develop for us.
All instructors at Firebrand Training must:
- Be certified in their specific subjects
- Have many years of experience in senior consultant roles
- Offer accelerated instructions that cover the basics and the practical concept and demonstrate scenarios from the real world in support of the participant’s understanding
