On this accelerated ITIL 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Management certification is for IT professionals who are involved in establishing and nurturing the relationships between service providers and consumer organisations, and their stakeholders.

ITIL 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Management explores how service relationships can build competitive advantage This is an extension module of the new ITIL suite. It is to benefit individuals towards their career or ITIL journey and not specific to a certification path (such as the ITIL4 managing professional or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader status).

In just 2 days, you’ll learn how establishing and nurturing the relationships between service providers and consumer organisations, and their stakeholders has never been more important. You’ll also learn how to:

  • Define Business Relationship Management roles, responsibilities, knowledge, and skills
  • Ensure stakeholders understand the strategic and operational requirements to co-create value and achieve business goals
  • Apply Business Relationship Management metrics and practice success factors to improve performance
  • Measure, assess and develop Business Relationship Management capability by using the ITIL Maturity Model.

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the ITIL 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Management exam and achieve your ITIL 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Management certification.

  • Passing score: 26 out of 40 marks required to pass (65%)
