Overview
This accelerated ITIL® 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve certification is for IT professionals aiming to establish good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams. At the end of this course, you will be able to demonstrate your understanding and application of the key concepts covered in the five ITIL® Management Practices at both strategic and operational levels, maximizing value from these practices:

- Passing score: 39 out of 60 marks required to pass (65%)
