Richard Heysmond right from the word go was amazing. He explained things so easily and also made it entertaining and engaging. There were regular breaks to which really helped me keep focused. Really enjoyed the course and Richard was fantastic.

Sehr umfangreicher Kurs in kurzer Zeit gelehrt. Das geht nur ohne Ablenkung und eine teils 10-stündige Schulung + anschließendes Selbststudium. Sehr anstrengend aber auch sehr intensiv und effektiv
Richard was a lovely trainer to have, very supportive, helpful and entertaining.
I did struggle at times as Richard doesn't use slides, so in some parts delivery style didn't match my learning style but that is totally personal. I like to follow slides and make notes.
The training felt very full on at parts, as someone with no previous experience and felt a lot to remember but was delivered in relatable and understandable ways and Richard always gave the opportunity for clarification. I did struggle with the workload and work outside of the course that needed to be completed, I feel this could have been a longer course, but shorter days to avoid information overload.

Excellently paced course and prep material by our trainer -Jumoke- Really built my confidence with various ITIL Foundation course topics with simplified examples and questionnaire in between. Well engaging flow and ensured we understand the topics completely. Overall I found the training useful and believe this will definitely contribute to my workplace, breaks structured properly and sufficient. Learning style could have been better by adding visuals to the slides and condensed information. Low engagement and possibly because the chat function wasn't used much and no use of polls etc
