Overview

On this accelerated PM² Basic Certiﬁcation course, you’ll gain an understanding of the general elements of the PM² Methodology, including what it is, when it was created, who it applies to, and how to utilise it.

In just 2 days, you’ll build knowledge on the four pillars of PM² and the PM² Mindsets. You’ll also learn about:

PM² lifecycle and artefacts
PM² concepts
PM² project flow

At the end of this course, you’ll sit exam PM² Basic Certiﬁcation exam, and achieve your PM² Basic Certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
