On this accelerated PM² Agile Certification course, you’ll gain an insight into Agile Project Management and explore the governance and lifecycle of the PM² Methodology.

In just 2 days, you’ll explore agile values, principles, tools and techniques. You’ll also learn about:

The initiating, planning, executing and closing phases

Before attending this accelerated course, you must have:

Completed the PM² Alliance Basic, Essentials or Advanced Certiﬁcation
Completed Agile PM² preparation training delivered by a PM² Alliance Certiﬁed Trainer
Purchased a certiﬁcation voucher (e-Vo) through a PM² Alliance Affiliated Training Provider (ATP)
