I’m here at Firebrand to do ITIL Foundation. I’m part of a growing business who have grown a lot over the last few years. And all of a sudden we have got an IT department which is a little out of control. So, we are in the process of ITIL certifying all of our staff to give us better service desk management.
I’ve got no ITIL experience whatsoever and all of a sudden, after two days of intensive training, I can honestly say that I have a good understanding of the processes and the frameworks involved in it.
It’s been a really good couple of days. I’m quite looking forward getting back to the office to actually put some of this into action and seeing where we can take it.
