On this accelerated PMI-RMP® certification course, you’ll cover the principles and frameworks that are at the foundations of risk management. You’ll learn how to perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis that’ll help you scrutinise the risks within project management.
This 3 day PMI-RMP course is 40% faster than traditional training. During, you will develop the skills to manage the variety of risks within project management through a range of topics including:

Exam Track
This accelerated course will prepare you to sit your PMI-RMP® exam; the exam is not included. All delegates who wish to sit the exam at the end of the course will need a unique PMI eligibility ID to schedule. They can access this information on PMI’s website and click on the "Apply for PMI-RMP Certification". Using their eligibility ID we can schedule them to sit the exam.
- The certification exam comprises of 170 multiple-choice questions. You have 3.5 hours to complete it.
- To maintain your PMI-RMP credential, you are required to earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) every three years on the specialised topic of risk management.
Please note: Your exam fee is not included in the course price. The exam must be requested and paid directly to PMI. This should be done at least 21 days before the course starts.

Prerequisites
You will be required to meet the following prerequisites:
- Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
- 4,500 hours of project risk management experience
- 40 hours of project risk management education
or
- Four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent)
- 3,000 hours of project risk management experience
- 30 hours of project risk management education
