Firebrand at Microsoft Training Services Partners Summit 2024

This January, Firebrand Training was invited to the Microsoft Training Services Partner Summit in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where Microsoft discussed its future and ambitions, especially in the field of AI.

The day was packed with insightful keynote speeches on different areas, from an overview of the quick rate of change in the world of business and technology to sustainability, cyber resilience, AI, and how we can use these to future-proof our business. Overall, the discussions emphasised the importance of upskilling; if we want to integrate AI into our companies, we need to train our people to understand it and deal with it.

In light of that, Microsoft took us through their latest implementation, Copilot. According to the Work Trend Index Special Report, Copilot makes people more productive, more creative, and saves time, with 77% of respondents saying they don't want to give up after testing. Copilot can accelerate finding information, including some that may be lost during unproductive meetings and full inboxes, and bring ideas to life with low-code solutions. In addition, interesting discussions arose about what our future looks like as training partners and the challenges and opportunities we might encounter.
