Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is the pinnacle of Business Management strategies, designed to drive process improvement and operational excellence at the highest level.

Originally developed by Motorola in 1986, Lean Six Sigma combines Lean manufacturing principles with Six Sigma tools to enhance process outputs by identifying and eliminating defects and minimising variability in both manufacturing and business processes.

This advanced methodology employs a comprehensive set of quality management tools, including sophisticated statistical methods, and establishes a specialized infrastructure of experts within the organisation, such as "Master Black Belts," "Black Belts," and "Green Belts."

Each Lean Six Sigma project follows a structured sequence of steps with clear financial targets, such as cost reduction or profit increase.

Audience

A Master Black Belt (MBB) certification is designed for experienced Six Sigma professionals who lead and mentor Black Belts and Green Belts in an organisation.

It targets individuals responsible for strategic Six Sigma deployment, continuous improvement, and achieving significant process improvements.

Typically, this includes seasoned Black Belts, leaders, managers, and high-potential professionals aiming to advance their expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

The training program covers the following topics:

• Black Belt DMAIC Review: Revisiting key modules of Black Belt training.
• Lean Six Sigma Roll-Out: Designing processes and products/services that meet Six Sigma quality standards and implementing a Lean Six Sigma program.
• Train-The-Trainer: Preparing to deliver Six Sigma training and effectively training groups.
• Facilitating Groups and Teams: Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of groups.
• Coaching: Understanding the essence, methodology, and structure of coaching.
• Change Management: Becoming a "change agent" and leading organisational change.
• Project/Program Management: Planning and implementing change and improvement initiatives.

At the end of this course, you will be awarded with the PEEC Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate when you successfully pass the following:

• 30 Multiple-Choice Question Exam
• Oral Exam with Instructor = 6 Questions
• 1 Day onsite evaluation at your organisation that includes a demonstration of workshop facilitation, interviews with key stakeholders, proof of PMO office, and other tasks.
• Onsite evaluation of evidence (3 Learning Objectives must be met)

You will receive a PEEC Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification upon successful completion of the above.

To complete the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, you must hold a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt.

You may be asked for this as part of your enrolment.

You may be asked to complete a further oral or written test to demonstrate your suitability for this course.
