Prerequisites
Before attending this accelerated course, you should have 3-5 years’ experience in designing and implementing applications that are built on top of Cisco platforms.
You should also have knowledge and skills in:
- Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and REST APIs
- Programming and scripting skills in Python
- Managing and configuring three or more of the following Cisco Collaboration features:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco IP Phones
- Cisco Finesse
- Cisco Webex Devices (Collaboration and Video Endpoints)
- Cisco Webex Teams
Alternatively, any of the following exams and courses fulfil the prerequisites:
