Overview

Get your P3O certification in just three days - 40% faster than traditional training. You'll sit both the Foundation and Practitioner exams as part of the programme.

P3O is the single source of information that you need for guidance on setting-up or running an effective delivery support office. It enables you to establish, develop and maintain appropriate business support structures for portfolio, programme and project management activities. This course will prepare you to design, implement, manage, work, interact with or act as an informed member of an office within a P3O model.

You'll learn how to:

  • Meet your business's objectives by keeping a consistent delivery of projects and programmes
  • Improve decision making in your company
  • Identify opportunities and threats as part of risk analysis

The P3O certifications also complement PRINCE2®, MSP®, MoP® and M_o_R® by facilitating effective portfolio, programme and project management.

P3O® is a Registered Trade Mark of AXELOS Limited

Note: This P3O® course is provided in conjunction with Thynk an AXELOS accredited training organisation.

His experience and knowledge were unmatched, and his attitude was positive and calming. The small group size was a really great environment for learning also. The accommodation and catering provided by the venue that Firebrand paired with are really high standard and contributed to the overall positive experience."
