Overview
On this accelerated ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct Plan and Improve certification is for anyone who needs to align their team’s objectives to the organizational strategy. It also provides guidance on embedding continual improvement into the organizational culture. Direct, Plan and Improve helps with planning work, improving products, and managing change.
The ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) certification is intended to provide the candidate with the practical skills necessary to create a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization, with a strong and effective strategic direction. Furthermore, provide practitioners with a practical and strategic method for planning and delivering continual improvement with the necessary agility.
In just 2 days, you’ll also learn how to:

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the PeopleCert (Axelos) exam, and achieve your ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct Plan and Improve certification. - Module 2: Understand the scope of what is to be directed and/or planned, and know how to use key principles and methods of direction and planning in that context
- Module 3: Understand the role of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and know how to integrate the principles and methods into the service value system
- Module 4: Understand and know how to use the key principles and methods of continual improvement for all types of improvements
- Module 5: Understand and know how to use the key principles and methods of communication and organizational change management to direction, planning and improvement
- Module 6: Understand and know how to use the key principles and methods of measurement and reporting in direction, planning and improvement
- Module 7: Understand and know how to direct, plan and improve value streams and practices
Exam Track
At the end of this accelerated course, you’ll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training centre, covered Certification Guarantee:

- Duration: 90 minutes
- Format: Multiple choice; Closed book
- Number of questions: 40 questions
- Passing score: 28 out of 40 marks required to pass (70%)
