Overview
On this accelerated IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of managing IT assets while aligning with the organisational business drivers that promote ROI, reduce risks and increase productivity.
In just 3 days, you’ll gain knowledge of the dependencies, relationships and benefits of KPAs; you will specify and define the duties and responsibilities necessary to be an IT Asset Manager, as well as obtain an understanding of the resources and commitment necessary to implement a fully functional IT Asset Management Programme. You’ll also build knowledge on:

Prerequisites
