Overview

This accelerated APMG International Stakeholder Engagement Foundation course is provided in conjunction with Creative Consulting and Training Ltd, an APMG accredited training organisation, you will become an informed member of a team involved in delivering a change initiative with the ability to identify, influence and lead key stakeholders.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn to drive results and benefits through effective collaboration, you’ll also learn how to:
