Overview

On this accelerated 3 day Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment course, you’ll learn to deploy, implement and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM online.

You’ll start by learning to plan a deployment and import data, before moving onto account and subscription configuration, storage management and bespoke customisation. You’ll also learn how to integrate the setup with your existing architecture and technologies including Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Skype for Business and OneDrive for Business.

Guided by your expert Microsoft certified instructor, you’ll use official Microsoft curriculum and practice tests. You’ll also use Firebrand’s unique Lecture | Lab | Review technique, immersing you in topics including:

  • Implementing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online deployment
  • Managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
  • Managing server-side synchronisation

These modules, and more, will prepare you to sit the MB2-710 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment exam. You'll sit this at the Firebrand training centre during the course, covered by your Certification Guarantee.

Passing exam MB2-710 previously resulted in achieving the Microsoft Specialist: Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment certification.

Microsoft retired the Specialist credential on 31 March, 2017. The exams remain available and where applicable will count towards the relevant existing MCSA, MCSE or MCSD certification.

This accelerated course is most suitable for system administrators, implementation consultants and technical support staff interested in deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM online in their business.
