On this accelerated Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) course, you’ll gain a broad introduction to the customer engagement capabilities of Dynamics 365 and learn how to implement this into your business.

In just 2 days, you’ll get an introduction to Dynamics 365 Sales including the standard sales business processes and how Sales addresses them. You’ll also build knowledge in:

  • The inventory management capabilities of Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Project-based customer engagement processes addressed by Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  • Generating Work Orders scheduling capabilities of Dynamics 365 Field Service

At the end of this course, you’ll sit Exam MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), and achieve your Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification.
