Overview

Why you need to learn ITIL Service Lifecycle

ITIL is the framework for IT service delivery. ITIL V3 Intermediate Level: Service Lifecycle - Service Operation will teach you how to implement the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library®) process across your business. Understand the structure for evaluating changes to your IT department, and demonstrate return on investment.

You'll learn IT practices, tasks and procedures tailored to your organisation. You'll then be able to optimise your new strategy, through continuous improvement.

You'll pass this Service Lifecycle certification course 33% faster than traditional training. Plus the course is delivered by ITIL consultants - experts who work with ITIL on a daily basis. Your training consultant will help you:

  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Improve service availability and turnaround times
  • Improve time-to-market for your products

Build your own course

This certification course is worth three ITIL credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification.

We run more than ten ITIL courses, including Foundation, Service Capability, Service Lifecycle and Managing Across the Lifecycle. You can build your own ITIL course, based on your specific requirements. Speak to us to see how you can learn ITIL at twice the speed.

ITIL® and IT Infrastructure Library® are Registered Trade Marks of AXELOS Limited, used under permission of AXELOS Limited. All rights reserved.

Note: This ITIL® course is provided in conjunction with Thynk an AXELOS accredited training organisation.
