Examination Passing Policy

Should a student complete a Firebrand Training Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year.  Students will only be responsible for accommodations and vendor exam fees.

This course offers you a career development path if you already hold the ISEB/EXIN ITIL® Foundation certificate. It is recommended - but not required - that you have exposure to basic concepts in IT, and related work experience of at least two years.

Relevant roles include: Configuration Manager, Availability Manager, Applications Support, IT Operations Manager, Network Control and Operation, Database Administrator, Problem Manager, Network Support.
