On this accelerated BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Change course, you will gain an entry-level qualification by understanding the processes and techniques used in delivering business change.

On this course you will develop skills and knowledge to support successful business change programmes within your organisation. You will also understand how to design business changes effectively, including the organisational, people, information, technology and process aspects and attain one of the four modules you need to gain the International Diploma in Business Analysis.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn a broad understanding of business change. You’ll also learn:

  • An appreciation of the principles, processes, roles and approaches involved in business change.
  • How to use information technology to enable business change, and as a driver for business change.
  • How to align the organisation with external and internal influences
  • How to implement business change effectively

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the BCS exam, and achieve your BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Change certification.
