Your expert Firebrand instructor will take you through the 6 practices of the BCM lifecycle, providing real life examples from experienced professionals.

You'll learn about:

  1. Policy and Programme Management
  2. Embedding Business Continuity
  3. Analysis
  4. Design
  5. Implementation
  6. Validation

The Business Continuity Institute promotes and enables the adoption of good business continuity practice. Achieving the Certification in Business Continuity shows that you're business continuity qualified at an international level.

This course is ideal if you're looking to raise levels of resilience in your organisation and want to gain a comprehensive understanding of the BCM life cycle from both principles and good practice perspective. The course also assists organisations seeking to comply with emerging international standards.

During the course, you'll prepare for and sit the Certification in Business Continuity. Don't pass the first time? Don't worry - you'll be covered by our Certification Guarantee.

Seven reasons why you should sit your course with Firebrand Training

  1. Two options of training. Choose between residential classroom-based, or online BCI courses
  2. You'll be BCI certified in just 3 days. With us, you’ll be BCI trained in record time
  3. Our BCI course is all-inclusive. A one-off fee covers all course materials, exams, accommodation and meals. No hidden extras
  4. Pass BCI first time or train again for free. This is our guarantee. We’re confident you’ll pass your course first time. But if not, come back within a year and only pay for accommodation, exams and incidental costs

  6. You’ll learn BCI faster. Chances are, you’ll have a different learning style to those around you. We combine visual, auditory and tactile styles to deliver the material in a way that ensures you will learn faster and more easily
  7. You’ll be studying BCI with the best. We’ve been named in Training Industry’s “Top 20 IT Training Companies of the Year” every year since 2010. As well as winning many more awards, we’ve trained and certified 76,298 professionals, and we’re partners with all of the big names in the business
