Forrester aggregated data from six Azure AI customers into one organisational model and found that:
- Microsoft Azure AI can reduce costs by improving spending and operating costs (7%).
- Microsoft Azure AI can increase work output by 150% by automating and scaling processes. It can increase business volume, improve customer acquisition and retention, and develop and sell new services, delivering more than $12.5 million in profit.
- Microsoft Azure AI can realize a projected net present value of USD23.3 million and a projected ROI of 284% over three years.
