Firebrand Training awarded Mayor of London Skills Academies Quality Mark for Digital

Excellent news! We’re delighted to have been awarded the Mayor of London Skills Academies Quality Mark for our Digital provision.

Established as part of the London Recovery Programme, the Quality Mark attests and celebrates best practice in our sector, setting a high bar for skills training in London. The Mark aims to support the FE sector in delivering high-quality, industry-relevant provision.

The Mark we have received attests to the quality of our entire digital offer, predominantly Skills Bootcamps, as the priority for education recovery in the region, as well as our accelerated courses and Apprenticeships. These programmes help businesses train their existing workforce and engage with new talent to close their digital skills gap.

The Mayor of London is committed to helping Londoners into good work in sectors key to London’s recovery and long-term economic growth. The Quality Mark supports this mission by signposting Londoners to excellent, industry-relevant training in the capital.

This is key to the Mayor’s mission to build a fairer and more prosperous London for everyone, and we are pleased to be working with City Hall on this important work.

About The Mayor’s Skills Quality Mark

Launched in March 2022, the Quality Mark is an annual accreditation awarded to London training providers who offer high-quality training in sectors covered by the Mayor’s Skills Academies and the construction sector. This mark will set the bar for skills training in London.

The Quality Mark aims to assess and recognise training providers delivering high-quality provision in six sectors: Digital, Creative, Health and Social Care, Hospitality, Construction, and Green.
