Fair Train Gold Standard

Firebrand secures Fair Train Gold Standard

Firebrand Training are delighted to have been awarded Gold level in the Work Experience Quality Standard accreditation with Fair Train.

Firebrand Training is delighted to have been awarded the Fair Train Work Experience Quality Standard at Gold, the highest level. Fair Train is the UK’s leading expert in quality assurance of all forms of work-based learning. This prestigious award measures the quality of work-based training delivered by education and skills providers. Fair Train also accredits employers for the quality with which they provide and manage placements.

The Work Experience Quality Standard was created six years ago by Fair Train, which had been commissioned by government to undertake a major project to promote quality, above all, in work-based learning, and especially in apprenticeships. Only the highest quality training providers achieve this highly coveted accreditation.

Rod Natkiel, CEO of Fair Train, declared that Firebrand’s Gold Level recognition is well deserved. ‘Fair Train is all about quality and so, clearly, is Firebrand’. The accreditation process involves a detailed and thorough inspection of a training provider's overall quality of apprenticeship delivery.
