Last week, we were excited to be a Platinum Sponsor at this year's ISACA Digital Trust World Conference where one of our Subject Matter Experts, Jacob Reilly-Cooper held an insightful talk — Unlocking the Talent Ecosystem: How technology is changing the learning landscape.
An experienced and passionate Software Lead, Jacob loves exploring new and exciting developments inside of tech and digital. He moved to teaching in 2015 and quickly progressed to Firebrand Head of Curriculum due to his exceptional talent, thirst for knowledge, and innovative pedagogical methods.
His talk explored the dynamic landscape of talent acquisition, skills shortages, and the transformation of learning methodologies to incorporate technology advancements in today's corporate world. He also touched on the shift from buying to building talent, gamification, Data, ML, AI as Personal Coaches, and salary wars.
The conference was held at the stunning Convention Centre Dublin.
