ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

• Duration: 6 days
• Exam(s): CPIM Part 1 & CPIM Part 2

This course will give you the skills necessary to become an operations expert.

In just 6 days you’ll acquire a deep understanding of the following skills and how they apply across the extended supply chain:

• Materials Management
• Master Scheduling
• Forecasting
• Production Planning

Prerequisites: There are no formal prerequisites for this course.

ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

• Duration: 4 days
• Exam: CSCP Exam

This course will give you the skills required to manage a global supply chain, managing suppliers, distributors, plants and customers located worldwide. You’ll be considered a recognised supply chain expert, and set yourself apart from the field.

In just 4 days you’ll become an expert on supply chain:

• Design
• Planning and execution
• Improvement and best practices

Prerequisites:

• 3 years of business experience
• A bachelor’s degree or an international equivalent
• An active CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, CPM, CPSM, CTL or CLTD certification

ASCM Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)

• Duration: 5 days
• Exam: CLTD Exam

This course will give you a comprehensive understanding of how to streamline logistics, transportation and distribution for your organisation.

In just 5 days, you’ll be able to implement best practice approaches to increase logistic efficiencies and increase profits within your organisation, you’ll learn skills like:

• Order management
• Distribution inventory management
• Warehouse management

Prerequisites:

• 3 years of related business experience
• Bachelor’s degree or the international equivalent
• CTL, CSCP, CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, C.P.M., CSM or CPSM designations
