On this IT Sales Associate Skills Bootcamp, you'll attain an understanding of the tools, features and solutions that are adopted within the industry. This foundational knowledge you'll gain through best practices of office-based applications, Microsoft Azure features and benefits for reselling as well as security principles and adoption of Azure for businesses. You'll understand the features and benefits that could be communicated as well the language adopted by IT professionals in relation to administration and deployment to help build an understanding of the products that could be sold when working at a reseller.

This pathway is aimed at Level 3 delegates and is 12 weeks.
Firebrand deliver the programme through Online Instructor-Led learning, based on our Lecture | Lab | Review methodology. Delegates will be supplemented with support from our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and get full access to an e-learning platform.
