Overview

Firebrand is the only training provider in the world to offer Information Mapping certification as part of the course. The Information Mapping Certified Professional Programme includes both the Foundation and Mastering Policies, Procedures & Documentation modules.

By the time you've completed the course, you will have improved your basic communication skills, as well as gained the ability to produce complex reference material, such as:
