Overview
On this accelerated Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate course, you'll be introduced to Dynamics 365 for Sales concepts, and learn how to use, configure and manage Dynamics 365 for Sales. After completing this course, you'll have an understanding of how to:
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, including organisation and management settings
- Manage Leads, opportunities and process sales orders
- Manage goals with Dynamics Sales, including defining and tracking individual goals and using goal metrics
