If you’re a functional consultant or looking to develop and certify your skills as a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Consultant Associate, this course is ideal for you.
Once you have achieved the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant certificationm, you'll be halfway towards becoming a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
Both exam MB-230 and Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant are prerequisites for the Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certification.
After you pass both exams, you'll automatically become a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
