On this 15 day accelerated training course, you'll learn the fundamental skills required to develop, manage and secure your Windows environment. You'll validate your knowledge of technologies and methods for hardening server environments and securing virtual machine infrastructures. Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students must have the following knowledge of Windows Server 2016:

  • A basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including User Datagram Protocol (UDP), and Domain Name System (DNS)
  • An awareness and understanding of security best practices
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware
  • Experience working with Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012

  • Understanding of core networking infrastructure components and technologies such as cabling, routers, hubs, and switches
