On this accelerated two day ITIL Practitioner course, you’ll focus on Continual Service Improvement (CSI) - a fundamental lifecycle stage in ITIL - and prove you can apply ITIL concepts effectively in your organisation.

Boost ITIL in your business

Whereas ITIL Foundation introduces relevant ITIL concepts, the ITIL Practitioner certification will teach you how to adopt and adapt ITIL within your organisation.

You’ll also learn how to:

  • Leverage Continual Service Improvement to boost the benefit of ITIL
  • Improve ability of individuals to use ITIL in day-to-day roles
  • Use automation, real-time reporting and the cloud to improve service design and delivery
  • Make use of other frameworks – including Lean, DevOps, Agile and SIAM

The ITIL Practitioner has been developed to help you increase the value of ITIL within your business. On this accelerated course, you’ll sit the ITIL Practitioner exam onsite and get certified.

On this course, you will earn a total of 11 PMI PDUs for PMP certification maintenance, with the following subtotals:
