Overview

On this accelerated ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value course, you'll build knowledge across the types of engagement and interaction between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners.

Module 7: Understand how to realise and validate service value

  • Learn methods for measuring service usage and customer and user experience and satisfaction
  • Learn the different types of reporting of service outcome and performance

As part of your accelerated course, you'll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training centre, covered by your Certification Guarantee:
