Exam Track
This accelerated course will prepare you to sit your PMI-SP® exam; the exam is not included.
- The certification exam comprises of 170 multiple-choice questions. You have 3.5 hours to complete it.
- To maintain your PMI-SP credential, you are required to earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) every three years on the specialised topic of project scheduling.
Please note: Your exam fee is not included in the course price. The exam must be requested and paid directly to PMI. This should be done at least 21 days before the course starts.
PMI-SP is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
Prerequisites
Before attending this course you should have either:
- A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
- 40 months (5000 hours) of project scheduling experience within the last 5 years
- 40 hours of project scheduling education
or - A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent)
- 24 months of project scheduling experience within the last 5 years
- 30 hours of project scheduling education

Firebrand Training is an immersive training environment. You must be committed to the course. The above prerequisites are guidelines, but many students with less experience have other background or traits that have enabled their success in accelerated training through Firebrand Training.
