Michel Doppert's Story

My name is Michel Doppert. I am a GE certified Quality Leader and Master Black Belt. Now do not worry this is not about Oriental martial art, but it is about how we can change the way we work. I have provided this course to Firebrand customers for just over 4 years. I have enjoyed these four years, they seemed to have passed extremely quickly. Providing the course is a great experience, the content for one, provides a good mix of tough topics but also dynamic learning exercises. The content covers a wide range of topics which show the power of Lean Six Sigma as a continuous improvement method. Lean, Six Sigma and change management are key in using this methodology to bring results for businesses. The key addition to the accelerated learning Firebrand offers is the seclusion of the candidates where the focus is totally on Lean Six Sigma This provides a great learning experience for the delegates. The other key driver to our satisfied customers is the peer to peer learning. Delegates come from different industries and learn from each other’s challenges and solutions. Being together for so long creates a strong group dynamic where even after the course the delegates very often stay in touch. Recently we moved to a new training facility; the Ruwenberg, which provides the perfect environment for learning, comfortable modern rooms, hi speed internet, leisure facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. This allows delegates to relax and clear their mind before learning, very often new concepts. The excellent food and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant also are positive contributors to a strong group bond amongst the delegates, which in turn provides and even better peer to peer learning environment. The other key improvement is a clearly recognizable operations office. Delegates feel they have quick access to Firebrand for any questions relating to logistic issues. This separate Firebrand office and facilities also differentiates the course form the standard hotel based training courses. In summary, the new location combined with a proven learning concept and package provides clear value add to the Firebrand delegates from all over the Europe.
