Eric Peeters's Story
I was a bit stunned when the site of Firebrand boasted that more than 95% of the people following their training were
passing the exam! Well, it turned out to be true, at least for me. The training was given by an ISC² recognized trainer. the guy, on top ofbeing a very nice guy, definitely knew his stuff!
I had chosen Firebrand after talking to an ISC² reprensentative at the Infosecurity fair in Brussels. He spoke highly of
Firebrand and I must admit I was not disappointed! For 7 days, I ate, drank, slept CISSP almost 24/7 (well, that's the idea of a bootcamp, right?) and it was exactly what I needed to succeed.
And I did. I took the exam and passed it. Without the bootcamp, I doubt that I would have succeeded.
And, on top of that, the venue was great. An old convent in the Netherlands, lost in the middle of the woods. Ideal for
the concentration.
And, last but not least, the food there was just excellent (and God knows that Holland is not exactly famous for its fine
cuisine ;-p)
In short, I highly recommend following a Firebrand training course because they make sure you have the best trainers
and, if all venues are of the same level as the one I went to, you feel like you are staying at a hotel. It almost feels like
vacation !
