Overview
On this accelerated Administration of Veritas Backup Exec course, you’ll gain knowledge on the architecture, installation, and concepts of the Backup Exec domain, and how best to implement this technology into your business.
In just 2 days, you’ll learn about the requirements and procedure for licensing, installing, updating, and upgrading Backup Exec and Backup Exec agents/features, along with how to configure the components of Backup Exec Enterprise Server Feature. You’ll build knowledge on:
- Configuring and managing Backup Exec devices and storage pools
- Performing device and media operations and storage operation jobs
- How to protect computers using Simplified Disaster Recovery and convert to virtual options in Backup Exec
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the Administration of Veritas Backup Exec (VCS-325) exam and achieve the Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS) Certification.
