Overview
On this accelerated Certified SAFe Practitioner course, you’ll learn to use Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) in a SAFe environment. You will gain knowledge on the process of planning program increments and iterations, and what it takes to continuously improve the Agile Release Train.
In just 2 days, you’ll also learn how to demonstrate value at a team and program level, problem-solving impediments to drive relentless improvement. You’ll be able to:
- Explain SAFe Agile Principles
- Improve Agile Release Train processes
- Integrate and work with other teams on the Agile Release Train
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the SAFe® 5 Practitioner Exam and achieve your SAFe Practitioner certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
