Overview

On this accelerated SAFe Certified Architect course, you’ll learn how to design and deliver an Agile Architecture to support your business' scalability and efficiency.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn how to steer architecture decisions, support risk and issue resolution, participate in management review and problem-solving during programme increment execution. You will also learn how to:

Apply SAFe principles to managing trade-offs between functionality, cost, risk, and sustainability
Ensure designs can be implemented in small batches with a continuous integration/continuous delivery deployment model
Communicate solution context and intent to Agile teams and trains
