Overview
On this accelerated Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) course, you will learn full business agility with significant advances in strategy, execution, and leadership competencies that will help you deliver innovative business solutions.
In just 2 days, you’ll learn to master business agility and how to create a high-performing purpose-bound Agile team. You’ll also build knowledge on:
- How Lean, Agile, and Product Development Flow form the basics of Scaled Agile Framework®
- Recognising and apply the Lean-Agile mindset and principles and become a Lean-thinking manager
- Empowering with a Lean Portfolio by applying Lean-Agile principles to the roles and principles of SAFe®
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the SAFe® 5 Agilist exam and achieve your Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.

Prerequisites
Before attending this accelerated course, you will need:
- 5+ years experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
